Design and function

The professional cabinet sink for catering consists of:
- 1 rinsing basin;
- 1 splashback;
- 1 door;
- 1 container compartment.
The hole for the mixer tap is excluded.

The structure is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel, a robust and durable material. In fact, all our stainless steel is certified for use in kitchen laboratories and to come into contact with food.

Theexternal dimensions are 80x70x85h cm, the splashback measures 100 mm, and it has a bottom shelf. The door is hinged with a removable closure.

The sink has legs with a round foot that can be adjusted in height.

The lines are clean and uncluttered with no hard-to-clean gaps, and the rounded inner corners facilitate cleaning and maintenance.

Cleaning and maintenance

Stainless steel is characterised by its ease of cleaning, which also makes it particularly hygienic.

To remove stains and marks from stainless steel, a wet cloth is sufficient as it is non-porous.

For cleaning the 1-bowl stainless steel sink, do not use
- products with chlorides,
- bleach,
- iron wool or abrasive sponges,
- scrapers or hard knives.
Steel has a protective film that must not be damaged or scratched.
