    Slicer equipped with a newly developed sealed pulley, which allows the blade pulley bearings to be preserved in the presence of liquids released during cutting or cleaning of the slicer. It features a third-generation 100 Cr6 professional blade, tempered, ground and hard-chrome plated.

    Designed in accordance with current safety standards, this slicer has the following features:

    • Die-cast aluminium base lacquered with a double coat of paint plus food-grade clear coat
    • Professional third-generation 100 Cr6 blade, tempered, ground and hard-chrome plated.
    • Anodised aluminium alloy pusher
    • EASY CLEAN SYSTEM: tilting plate for quick cleaning of the cutting area
    • Removable anodised cast aluminium blade cover disc
    • Professional self-ventilated asynchronous induction motor, quiet, powerful and robust
    • Cast aluminium plate protected with anodic oxidation
    • Sail in cast aluminium protected with anodic oxidation
    • Graduated knob for cutting thickness adjustment (up to 14÷16 mm).
    • Fixed blade protection ring.
    • Blade shaft mounted on double ball bearing
