    How the candyfloss machine works

    Many strands of sugar making up a cute little cloud, supported by a wooden stick: this is how candyfloss is one of the symbols of children's parties, although it is also appreciated by adults as a sweet pastime. Candyfloss is created by heating the sugar: the filaments weave together as the operator picks them up from the edges of the food-compatible stainless steel tub.

    The candyfloss machines are presented in the classic manner, mounted on a cart with wheels, and with a polycarbonate dome to contain the candyfloss. Within seconds, the candy floss is ready to serve.

    Cleaning the Cotton Candy Machine

    Both the polycarbonate dome and the stainless steel bowl can be cleaned at the end of service with a soft kitchen cloth and dishwashing detergent. It is important not to use abrasive materials when cleaning so as not to compromise the integrity of the stainless steel.
