The showcase is electrically powered with a voltage of 230 V and a power of 0.16 kW. The operating temperature is adjustable between 0 +12 °C by means of a digital thermostat. The compressor is built-in and very low-noise.

Cleaning and maintenance

The professional counter-top refrigerated display case is equipped with automatic defrosting, a mechanism that reduces cleaning and maintenance time.

Theautomatic condensation evaporator also allows you to control any condensation that may form inside, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

For the overall cleaning of the machine, it is necessary to remove the included grilles and wash them with a degreasing solution.

For the tempered glass you can use water and vinegar to wipe with a soft cloth, taking care not to leave halos. Finally, a mild soap and a soft cloth will give the stainless steel parts a shine.

Sanitising should be carried out periodically while removing food residues should be done daily to ensure the highest possible efficiency.
