Design and operation

Made of tempered glass and black ABS, the 58-litre bakery display cabinet refrigerator is spacious and robust. The polymer of which it is made is particularly resistant to humidity and low temperatures, making it ideal for use in professional refrigeration. Not only that, it is stress-resistant, elegant and adaptable to all types of decor. The refrigerated beverage display case is equipped with a hinged glass front door for easy insertion and removal of products.

The operating temperature ranges from 0° +12 °C and is adjustable via a digital thermostat. Monitoring is by means of an LCD display at the front, next to the indicator lights and power button.Internal LED lighting facilitates proper presentation of drinks and desserts. The power supply is electrical, with a voltage of 230V and a power of 0.19 kW. Refrigeration is of the ventilated type: an internal evaporator distributes the cold evenly over the entire display surface.

The overall external dimensions are 428x386x810 mm for a total weight of 32 kg. Inside, it is equipped with two large, adjustable plastic-coated grids of 355x310 mm each.

Cleaning and maintenance

Ristoattrezzature's refrigerated display refrigerator is equipped with automatic defrosting. This feature means that this operation does not have to be carried out by hand, saving time. The condenser is also maintenance-free, and an external tube removes the condensate.

All that remains is to clean it internally, an operation that must be carried out regularly: the grids must be removed and cleaned with a specific product. Tempered glass can be washed with lukewarm water and soap but needs special care when drying to avoid the formation of halos.

It is advisable to place the refrigerator in an upright position after transport and wait at least 3 hours before putting it into operation, to facilitate the settling of the refrigerant gas.
