What are the characteristics of quality stainless steel trolleys?

The steel used must be AISI 304 (commonly called 18/10), i.e. non-ferrous, because it has greater resistance over time. The highest quality stainless steel trolleys must have shelves welded together with the trolley structure, which usually has two handles. If the shelves are not welded, the durability of the trolley will be significantly lower, as will the load capacity.
