The professional cutlery drier is a machine suitable for the preparation of cutlery, both silver and stainless steel, and glasses for table service. It contains a natural granulate inside that absorbs residual moisture on cutlery and glasses, drying and polishing them in a few minutes.

The basket holds a variable number of cutlery items, depending on the model chosen, and automatically immerses itself inside the tub containing the vibrating hot granulate.

Some models are also equipped with a UV lamp that reduces the bacterial load on the cutlery after washing. The material used is stainless steel, and the inner tub is coated with resin suitable for contact with food.
