  • Description

    The stainless steel table with shelf and bottom top without splashback, from the Ristoattrezzature Sottocosto Line, has a sturdy 430 stainless steel structure and measures 50x70x85h cm: it is designed to have an AISI 304 stainless steel top (40 mm high) reinforced with a water-repellent bilaminate chipboard panel, a shelf on the bottom and square tube legs with adjustable feet.

    Ristoattrezzature's professional stainless steel tables are functional pieces of furniture with a worktop, excellent for use in pastry or bakery workshops, pizzerias, restaurants, butcher's shops, hotels and all those establishments where it is necessary to cut, season and knead gastronomic products to be served to customers.

    The top is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the most suitable material to come into contact with foodstuffs; the height of these units is 85 cm and they are equipped with adjustable feet (extendable by +/- 5 cm). It is possible to purchase together with the work table, as an additional option, a kit complete with 4 swivel castors also for square legs (2 with brake and 2 without brake) to make cleaning and sanitising operations easier in the rooms where they are placed.

    We would like to remind you that all Ristoattrezzature worktops have a thickness of 8 tenths; the structure relating to the legs or fixing brackets, on the other hand, has a thickness of 15 tenths.

    Stainless steel, why is it used in the kitchen?

Chromium, in fact, oxidises with oxygen to form chromium oxide, which adheres to the stainless steel product to be made, preventing further oxidation and, therefore, the much hated appearance of rust.
