How the mini freezer works

The mini freezing cell consists of a blind entrance door and a stainless steel floor, which is resistant to low temperatures and compatible with food contact. Inside, several grids can be inserted to position the food to be frozen and deep-frozen.

The mini freezer cell is suitable for freezing at temperatures between -18°C and -20°C. At this temperature it is possible to preserve many foods for several months, keeping taste and organoleptic properties intact. The most common capacity is 1400 litres. The mini chambers can also already be equipped with an internal motor for freezing or be prepared to integrate an external motor. The gas used for cooling is R452A.
