    Professional dishwasher with sophisticated design, suitable for chefs looking for high washing performance. AISI 304 stainless steel structure with thermo-acoustic insulation of the hood. Stainless steel handle on the front to eliminate side encumbrances. Stepped tank with rounded corners to ensure maximum hygiene by preventing dirt and water from stagnating.

    Stainless steel upper and lower rotating washing lances with special nozzle configuration that makes them unobstructable, large capacity double boiler, double surface steel filters differentiated in the tank with separate basket for collecting solid waste, temperature display, possibility of modifying work cycle parameters.

    Ergonomically positioned control panel for immediate operation and display of the various work phases and operating temperatures.

    The programmablesystem ensures that rinsing takes place at a water temperature of 85 °C to guarantee a reduction in the bacterial load.

    Height-adjustable feet. Hood lifting system with weights and counterweights.

    Start of operating cycle by closing the hood. Device for interrupting machine operation by accidental opening of the hood during the operating cycle.

    Easy removal of basket frame, washing and rinsing arms for quick cleaning of the dishwasher.

    Anti-backflow valve that prevents the machine's dirty water from flowing back into the water mains in the event of a vacuum in the mains.

    Standard with rinse aid dispenser for excellent drying results, provision for detergent dispenser, provision for drain pump, provision for WiFi module.

    Wide range of optional extras available. One basket dishes and one basket cups included.
