Professional electromechanical three-phase hood dishwasher with 50x50 cm square basket installed rinse aid dispenser

The hood dishwasher, with its exclusive design and construction, is designed to offer excellent washing results even in environments with limited space or restricted heights.

It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and has a square basket measuring 50 x 50 cm. The control panel is user-friendly so as to facilitate the user's tasks. The hood dishwasher is electromechanically operated, i.e. it has a high-mechanical timer with mechanical control buttons.

The impellers and washing jets perform a high-performance action, so that perfectly clean crockery can be obtained at all times.

The rinse aid dispenser's peristaltic pump accurately controls the consumption of rinse aid, while surface filters, positioned in the tank, help keep the wash water clean for longer.

Special heating elements, exceptional for their rapid heating qualities, offer a significant reduction in electricity consumption.

The rinse boiler offers a unique rinse temperature maintenance system, ensuring perfectly clean dishes.

The hood dishwasher has a passage of 41.5 cm and is suitable for washing pizza dishes.

It can hold up to 6 GN1/1 baking tins: to be able to wash GN1/1 baking tins, it is necessary to purchase the GN 1/1 basket

ATTENTION: if the height of the drain in the wall is higher than 55 cm from flush with the floor a drain pump must be purchased INCLUDED in the machine.

N.B

The product is supplied without a drain pump. If you have the drain on the wall and not on the floor, it is necessary to purchase the drain pump together with the machine; another solution would be to raise the machine by means of a support so as to keep it higher than the drain. The drain pump can however be purchased at a later date and installed by your technician at your own expense.

WARNING: with floor drainage and the right slope you DO NOT NEED THE EXHAUST PUMP. If, on the other hand, the drain hole in the wall is more than 10 cm, the drain pump is required.
