Description

The slicer is made of stainless steel with patented anti-corrosion treatment and aluminium with anodic oxidation. Very robust and easy to use and clean with little maintenance. Excellent for cutting cold meats, vegetables and cheese. The blade is made of steel with special non-stick discharge. Fixed sharpener with double grinder included. Sausage pressing arm with removable pins. Silent ventilated professional motor with thermal protection. Run-stop switch with NVR low voltage 24V. The unit is designed and manufactured in compliance with current international standards for safety, hygiene and materials in contact with foodstuffs. Cutting thickness 0-16 mm. It is CE certified for professional use.
