Design and operation

The refrigerated counter with saladette for pizzerias and restaurants measures 1365x700x950h mm and can accommodate up to 12 GN1/3 condiment trays. The Gastronomy standard containers are equipped with an EBM fan unit and the internal and external structure of the counter is made of stainless steel. A material that ensures strength, durability and hygiene.

The cooling unit is tropicalised so that the refrigerated table works without problems even at high ambient temperatures (up to 38°C) such as those that a kitchen can reach. The back and the motor compartment are made of galvanised steel. All internal edges are rounded for easy cleaning and maximum hygiene.

The doors are characterised by automatic closing with outward locking, a system that saves energy and ensures excellent food preservation. Not only that, the magnetic gaskets are easy to clean and replace, you can pull them out with great agility.

The motor has a frequency of 50 Hz for 230 V and an electrical power of 0.31 kW. Cooling can be ventilated or static as required, and is provided by the 'Embraco' compressor and R600A refrigerant gas.

Defrosting is automatic, which streamlines organisation time and always ensures a stable and ideona gradation. The operating temperature is positive and lies between 0 +8 °C well monitored by the 'Dixell' digital thermostat. A display, located at the bottom next to the power button, allows the temperature to be kept under control at all times.
