The system works by using a first hot gas circuit that heats the evaporator and as soon as the water goes outside, it is evaporated via a second hot gas circuit. The condenser is flush: a highly innovative breakthrough in professional refrigeration, which also brings great advantages in terms of maintenance, cleaning and consistently high performance with reduced risk of damage.
    • Electronic control unit: this system allows you to set the time of day when staff use the machine most. This allows temperatures to be lower than the upper limit and defrosting due to door openings to be reduced.
