Professional knife turner

The toast turner is a piece of equipment for professional kitchens that is ideal for preparing toasted bread. It can therefore be used to prepare toast and bruschetta, baking both bread and ingredients at the same time.

How the toaster works

The Bruschette Twister is equipped inside with two rotating grids on which to place the bread to be baked and a switch, which allows you to choose whether to bake on one or both grids.

Operation is electric, with three heating elements that distribute the heat evenly for an even result. The heating elements can also be operated separately, so that both power and heat can be adjusted.

Professional brush-turner materials

Both the structure of the knife turner and the grills are made of stainless steel, a material compatible with food contact according to current regulations.

How to clean the bruschette turner

After preparing bruschette, the grills can be cleaned with a non-abrasive sponge and a common, non-aggressive kitchen detergent. It is a good idea to switch off the machine and allow the grates to cool down before cleaning.
