    How does an ice cracker work?

    An ice crusher includes a basin in which the block of ice to be crushed is placed and a lever which, when operated, crushes the ice and makes it ready for food use.

    The crushed ice can be used for storing and displaying fresh fish in fish shops, or in crushed cocktails where the ice is not served in cubes, but reduced to crushed form.

    The machine includes a front nozzle from which the crushed ice comes out, ready for collection and use in the kitchen.

    The power supply is electric. It is possible to choose the size of the ice to be crushed by passing it several times through the blades that crush the ice.
