The Cuocicrema Pastogelatiere is a tool for professional kitchens useful for making pastry creams and ice creams of different consistencies, with an all-in-one machine that allows you to mix the ingredients, cook them, pasteurise and freeze the mixtures created.

    Professional Cream-Cookie-Pasties

    Cream cookers are useful appliances for preparing creams and ice creams, even when they include pasteurised ingredients. Inside, they are equipped with devices to start hot/cold cycles and adjust the temperature according to the chosen programmes. In this way they can be used both for mixing pastry creams and for making ice cream at positive temperatures.

    How the cream passer works

    The multilingual display allows the user to select the preferred programme according to the required preparation needs. The machine is equipped with 14 production cycles and 10 preset cycles. This means that all you have to do is enter the ingredients and choose a specific programme to obtain soft cream or firm ice cream.

    Ice cream makers with a capacity of up to 12 litres and air condensation mechanisms are available in the catalogue. The operating temperature ranges from +2°C to +12°C.
