Freezing Cells

If you want to set up your new butcher's shop, butcher's shop or delicatessen shop, you will certainly need larger minicells and freezing chambers to store valuable cuts of meat and delicatessen products in specially designed shelves.

    Our freezing cabinets (varying in size depending on the models chosen), with negative refrigeration, have a non-slip zinc-plasticised floor, anti-condensation resistance on the door and integrated compensation valve; the motor is not included, but can be purchased separately in our online shop, at an additional price.

    The indoor storage racks, with frames, aluminium uprights and shelves made of temperature-resistant polyethylene, have a maximum load capacity of 150 kg (per single shelf) and can be ordered separately depending on the size you require. The modular structures have quick interlocking assembly, and in addition, while they are very robust, they are completely dismountable to facilitate daily sanitisation and cleaning.

    What are the differences between positive and negative cold stores?

    Positive cold rooms have an average temperature of -2°C to +10°C. They are used for storing foodstuffs such as fruit and vegetables, cheese, cold meats, fresh meat and beverages, and guarantee a constant internal temperature with low humidity values, thanks to insulating casings with low thermal transmittance.

    Negative freezers have a temperature range of -15°C to -25°C and are suitable for storing fish, meat, frozen food and much more.

    Both articles differ in internal temperature, intended use, construction materials and design.
