Design and operation

Our 2-door refrigerated cabinet for gastronomy stands out for its essential and professional lines. A technical design designed to adequately support you in food storage. Solid and durable construction makes it an excellent ally in the kitchen.

Completely made of stainless steel, its interior has rounded corners for easy cleaning. Our cabinet has 2 solid doors with ergonomic handles, an easily removable magnetic seal and a key lock for the refrigerated compartment.

Refrigeration isventilated and cold is produced by an external evaporator. The anti-corrosion treatment is designed to prevent oxidation that would form as a result of the formation of frost/condensation in normal refrigerator operation.

The presence of an electrical resistance inserted in the door frame ensures the elimination of condensation. Theevaporation of condensation water is automatic.

The refrigerated cabinet for gastronomy has an operating temperature of -2° C to + 8° C and can be easily controlled and regulated by means of a digital thermostat on the front panel, which also controls the defrosting operation.

Our 2-door refrigerated cabinet is equipped with:

• LED interior light;
• 6 GN2/1 grids;
• 6 pairs of slides;
• lock with key;
• tropicalised compressor.

The presence of this last element allows the refrigerated cabinet to work with a 100% yield up to a maximum ambient temperature of +43°C, with a relative humidity of 60%.

Its external dimensions are 1480x830x2010 mm, its internal dimensions 1364x702x1401 mm for a total capacity of 1300 litres.
