Design and function

The refrigerated cabinet forbars and pastry shops ensures reliability and style. Its external dimensions are 740x830x2010 mm, while its internal dimensions are 624x702x1401 mm and the gross capacity of the refrigerator is 700 litres while the nominal and net capacity is 650 litres. It can accommodate up to 3 GN2/1 grills inside.

The motor unit has a voltage of 230V and a frequency of 50HZ. Internal gaskets seal the door hermetically and functionally.

Great attention is also paid to the choice of materials. The1-door stainless steel refrigerated cabinet has an external and internal structure made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel to guarantee maximum solidity and strength. The height-adjustable feet are also made of the same material.

Refrigeration is ventilated and the operating temperature is positive (-2°C/+8°C) and can be easily controlled via a digital thermostat on the front panel that also controls defrosting.

An electrical heating element inserted in the door frame, on the other hand, is useful for eliminating condensation. The evaporation of condensation water is automatic.

Finally, our cabinet works with an output of 100% up to a maximum ambient temperature of +43°C with a relative humidity of 60%. This is due to the presence of an embraco tropicalised compressor.
