    The operation of dual-temperature cabinets is simple: thanks to a control display, the internal temperature can be set by choosing between the positive (0°C to +8°C) or negative (-18°C to -22°C) temperature range.

    The capacity is very large and can reach up to 1400 litres, in the latter case with double door opening. Internal refrigeration is static or ventilated: in the first case it provides dry cold, in the second a more humid cold.

    • tropicalised motor (resistant up to an external temperature of +43°C);
