Core temperature probe included. Removable fan grill. Diamond tip base with residual water storage and drainage system. Quick-release magnetic seals. 90° door locking system. The product can cool 25 kg of food from +90°C to +3°C in 90 Minutes and can freeze 15 kg of food from +90°C to -18°C in 240 Minutes.
