Description

Rotary wood-fired oven with separate combustion chamber, with a capacity of 9 pizzas and the possibility of a production of 135 pizzas/hour built with vibrated refractory materials with a high alumina content, rustic front with flat face bricks. the oven is characterised by a large refractory mass that generates a strong thermal flywheel effect with consequent wood saving, so as to guarantee rapid and uniform cooking thanks to its excellent thermal stability. Thermal insulation is guaranteed by the use of mineral fibre with high insulating power. Hourly output of pizzas: 135.
