Description

A wood-fired oven with a separate combustion chamber, with a capacity of 9 pizzas and the possibility of a production output of 135 pizzas per hour built of vibrated refractory materials with a high alumina content, a rustic brick front with a flat front. The oven is characterised by a large refractory mass that generates a strong thermal flywheel effect with consequent wood saving, so as to guarantee rapid and uniform cooking thanks to its excellent thermal stability. Thermal insulation is guaranteed by the use of mineral fibre with high insulating power. Hourly output of pizzas: 135
