    Modular Gas Oven for pizzerias and bakeries, capacity 4 pans per chamber, i.e. 12 pizzas per chamber, with Rustic style front. The baking chamber is made of aluminised steel sheet. The cooking surface is refractory and the door has a counterbalanced opening. The vapour exhaust is in the centre of the chamber. Internal lighting. The chambers are independent with the possibility of adjusting the temperature electronically. The supply is gas with safety valves and the burners are placed under the top.
    Thermal insulation is guaranteed thanks to the choice of the best materials on the market.

    The price refers to the Oven with one cooking chamber, you have the possibility to superimpose other cooking chambers (SEE OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES)
