The cooking floor is made of refractory stone. Once the operating temperature has been reached, the refractory stone retains heat for a long time, which guarantees fast and even baking of pizzas, as well as considerable energy savings. The burner is located under the refractory stone, so the heat spreads from the bottom upwards. The refractory bricks can also be located on the top, the upper part of the oven, or on the entire surface of the inner walls, depending on the model.
One or more pizzas can be placed inside each oven at a time. In models with two separate chambers, up to 18 pizzas can be baked simultaneously. The chambers, in this case, are independent of each other and their temperature is individually adjustable via an external digital control panel.
Depending on the size of the oven, different sized pizzas can be baked, from the smallest 32 cm diameter to 40 cm family pizzas.
The material used is stainless steel with pre-painted sheet metal, with glass or solid door.
