Description

It is the ideal gas oven for gastronomy. Equipped with a heat exchanger, patented in every construction detail. Its cast iron structure allows a high heat output combined with low consumption and absolute non-deformability even at high temperatures. An electronic device of proven reliability is used to manage the operation and safety of the oven. Equipped with an AISI 430 stainless steel chamber and side opening.
