    • the bowl moves on its axis in a counter-clockwise direction, favouring the oxygenation of the dough.

    This keeps the dough soft, so that it can be well processed later for use in the catering business.

    The spiral mixer with twin motors is especially suitable for doughs with little water, such as pizza and bread dough, which require a slow mixing process.

    The power supply of spiral mixers is electric, with single-phase or three-phase current. The material used is stainless steel, in compliance with current regulations on contact with foodstuffs.
