Description

Wood-firedrotisserie made entirely of metal with the addition of refractory bricks on the firebox bottom. The front has a specific design and the special embossed copper panel on the front of the hood makes for a sober and harmonious line. With wood roasters you have the possibility, with the appliance stationary in front of the fire, to turn one or more spits, thus reducing cooking time and consequently wood consumption. The device for manually rotating the spits (in the event of a power failure; this is available on request) prevents the chickens from being damaged in such circumstances. Also on request, it is possible to supply the roaster with an extractable central axis for roast pork.
