Description

Pasta cooker suitable for cooking fresh or dry pasta, rice, spelt, barley, tortellini, gnocchi, and any other food requiring boiling in water or steaming. Equipped with 2 perforated baskets and 2 dedicated timers to cook two types of food at the same time; the heating plate is outside the basin; the basin is removable to ensure maximum hygiene. It is ideal for use in bars, restaurants, supermarket eateries or truck stops where you do not want to serve only frozen or pre-cooked food. The pasta cooker has a stainless steel body, a 4.5 litre capacity, 2 timers from 0-30 min, 1 thermostat 0°- 120° and a push-button switch with warning lamp.
