Heating by means of a pair of sheathed heating elements completely immersed in the cooking water to guarantee speed of temperature setting and durability against salt and starch aggression. Safety thermostat with manual reset against dry running. Control with energy regulator to adjust the ignition time of the heating elements according to the work load.

Moulded AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with rounded edges with large radius for easy cleaning. Front, side and rear panelling in stainless steel.

Cold-forged AISI 316 stainless steel cooking tanks, resistant to salt water and starch, with large radii, grazing area and starch evacuation, drain hole and small perforated stainless steel front surface for supporting baskets.

Tap for loading and topping up water positioned on the dashboard. Elliptical shaped AISI 304 handles. Bowl drain positioned inside the machine to prevent accidental opening. Drain connection made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel.

Laser-cut top finish to guarantee a "head-to-head" coupling between tops and binding of tops to each other.
