Description

Electric Pasta Cooker 2 Tanks 40+40 lt. AISI 304 stainless steel structure,2 mm thick.Double-walled doors and sturdy handles, knobs in athermic material with functional serigraphy on the edge. Stainless steel front, side and back panelling. Self-supporting structure with stainless steel base frame and height-adjustable feet. Heating by means of chroniferous heating elements with saltwater- and starch-resistant sheathing. Tub equipped with a switch that allows the power to be adjusted from maximum to minimum in four positions. Cooking tubs made of cold-pressed AISI 316 stainless steel; with large connecting radii, overflow zone and starch evacuation with drain hole and small perforated stainless steel front surface for supporting the baskets. Starch is drained through the drain hole and the perforated surface of the front area. Touch zone included. Moulded worktop and tank for easy cleaning. Stainless steel baskets and perforated bottom included. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
