Stainless steel frame. Knobs in athermic material with functional silk-screen printing on edge. Moulded, double-walled oven door and elliptical-shaped AISI 304 handle.

6 mm thick black ceramic glass top. Heating obtained thanks to 30x30 cm square radiating plates with double power circuit fixed under glass and controlled by a thermostat with maximum temperature of 420°C: when the plate reaches the desired temperature, only one circuit remains in operation to prevent excessive cooling of the cooking zone. Protection guaranteed by a safety thermostat with automatic reset at 530°C integrated in the radiating plate.

Worktop in 2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Front cover in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Static 2/1 GN electric oven sized to hold 2/1 GN trays. AISI 430 stainless steel oven chamber and thick stainless steel floor. Removable stainless steel oven grid.

Insulation of cooking chamber and oven door ensured by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures.

Heating by means of heating elements placed under the sole and in the vault of the baking chamber. Oven temperature regulation between 90°C and 300°C by thermostat. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Possibility of operating the oven: with heating only from below, or only from above, or by operating both heating elements by means of a selection switch.

Laser-cut top finish to ensure "head-to-toe" and binding of the tops to each other.

Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
