Stainless steel frame. Thermoset thermosetting plastic knobs with useful screen-printed edges. Double-walled moulded oven door and heavy-duty handle.

Heating by means of sealed burners with stabilised double-crown flame of different power ratings (6 kW and 10 kW). Each burner is equipped with a safety gas cock, allowing the power to be regulated from maximum to minimum. Safety is ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame.

Surface grids and burners made of alkali-, acid- and fire-resistant RAAF matt enamelled cast iron.

Moulded surface grills with rounded edges and sealed burners for easy cleaning.

Worktop drainage via overflow available on request to speed up cleaning.

Gas oven 2/1 GN. Removable stainless steel grill oven. Oven floor made of thick sheet steel reinforced by a series of ribs.

Insulation of baking chamber and oven door ensured by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures.

Rapid temperature rise and heat retention achieved by a high-performance stabilised flame burner with integrated diffuser, suitable for working at high temperatures. The oven burner is equipped with a thermostatic gas valve that allows the temperature to be regulated up to 300°C. Safety ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame.

Moulded AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Stainless steel front, side and back panels.

Laser-cut worktop finish for "head-to-toe" closing and binding.

Tested with methane or LPG, depending on user requirements.

Height-adjustable stainless steel legs.
