Stainless steel frame. Thermosetting, athermic plastic knobs with useful screen-printed edges. Double-walled moulded oven door and heavy-duty handle.

Heating by means of watertight double-crown burners with stabilised flame of various powers (6 kW and 10 kW). Each burner is fitted with a safety gas cock, allowing the power to be regulated from maximum to minimum. Safety ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame.

Floor grates and burners made of RAAF matt enamelled cast iron resistant to alkalis, acids and fire.

Moulded surface grids with rounded edges and sealed burners for easy cleaning.

2/1 GN static electric oven and open compartment. AISI 430 stainless steel oven cooking chamber and thick stainless steel oven floor. Removable stainless steel oven rack.

Insulation of cooking chamber and oven door ensured by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures.

Heating by means of heating elements placed under the bottom and above the baking chamber. Equipped with a thermostat that regulates the temperature between 90°C and 300°C.

Moulded worktop in AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded edges for easy cleaning. Front, side and back panels in stainless steel.

Worktop finished with laser cut for head-to-toe coupling and fixing with edging.

Tested with methane or LPG gas.
