The S/90 120x90 cm 6-burner gas cooker with oven is what you need to start cooking in any restaurant. It integrates cooker and oven in a single kitchen unit, for multiple cooking to optimise serving times.

The upper part of this professional kitchen accommodates six burners on a shaped plate, which is easy to clean and useful for distributing heat in a concentrated manner to each of the fire points.

All fire points are equipped with an upper grill, which separates pans and pots from contact with steel and keeps the cooking area clean for longer.

One of the fire and cooking temperature control knobs is dedicated to each flame. On the lower part of the professional 6-burner cooker is the static gas oven, with a dedicated knob for adjusting the temperature from 120°C to 330°C.

For this 6-burner cooker model, the power supply is gas, with an output of 5.5 (x3) + 4.5 (x3) kW. The oven power is 6 kW and accommodates GN 2/1 baking trays. The entire structure is made of stainless steel.
