Each burner is equipped with a safety gas tap that allows the power to be adjusted from maximum to minimum. Safety ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame. Steel top grills coated with a layer of protective material and burners with a stainless steel body and nickel-plated brass flame spreaders. Top grills positioned on a moulded housing with rounded edges and burners hermetically secured to the top to ensure easy cleaning

MAXI gas oven (105 x 53 cm). Suitable for holding 3 x 1/1 GN baking trays. Removable oven rack made of stainless steel rod coated with a layer of protective material. Oven floor of thick steel reinforced with a series of ribs. Rapid temperature rise and heat retention by means of a high-performance stabilised flame burner with integrated diffuser, suitable for working at high temperatures. Ignition by means of a spark train with 230V 1 phase + neutral power supply. The burner is equipped with a thermostatic safety gas cock that allows the temperature to be regulated up to 300°C. Safety guaranteed by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame. Insulation of the cooking chamber and oven door guaranteed by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
