2-burner gas cooker with cast-iron plate and gas oven, stainless steel construction. Moulded, double-walled oven door and sturdy handle. Thermosetting plastic knobs.

Thick cast-iron cooking surface with rounded corners, made of a single casting. Removable central round insert. Circular central burner made of stainless steel, suitable for operation at high temperatures. Maximum temperature of about 500°C at the hottest central point and then degrading towards the edges through differentiated isothermal zones.

Heating by means of watertight burners with a stabilised overlapping flame with different power ratings(6.2 kw and 8.5 kw).

Each burner is equipped with a safety gas cock that allows the power to be adjusted from maximum to minimum. Safety guaranteed by a thermocouple kept active by the pilot burner flame.

Floor grates and burners made of RAAF matt enamelled cast iron resistant to alkalis, acids and fire.

Floor grates positioned on a moulded basin with rounded edges to ensure easy cleaning and protect against overflowing liquids.

Moulded basins with rounded stainless steel edges located under the burners and easily removable for cleaning.

2/1 GN gas oven. Removable stainless steel oven grate. Thick steel oven floor reinforced with a series of ribs.

Insulation of baking chamber and oven door ensured by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures.

Rapid temperature rise and heat retention by means of a high-performance stabilised flame burner with integrated diffuser, suitable for working at high temperatures.

The oven burner is equipped with a thermostatic safety gas valve that allows the temperature to be regulated up to 300°C. Safety ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame.

Laser-cut top finish to ensure a "head-to-toe" combination of tops and binding of tops to each other.

Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.

Tested with methane or LPG gas according to user requirements.
