Heating by means of special heating elements made of high-temperature-resistant steel placed under the sole and in the top of the baking chamber, and air movement ensured by a stainless steel fan driven by a powerful electric motor. Possibility of selecting various types of heating, both static and ventilated, both diffusive heating from below and grill, and global heating. Equipped with a thermostat that allows you to adjust the temperature between 120° C and 310° C. Manually reset safety thermostat against overheating.
