  • Description

    Stainless steel frame. Knobs in athermic material with functional silk-screen printing on edge.

    Heating by means of electric square cast-iron plates. Heating element fixed to the bottom of the plate, embedded in a layer of insulating material. Each plate is equipped with a switch that allows the power to be adjusted from maximum to minimum in seven positions. Safety is guaranteed by a temperature limiter placed inside the hotplate.

    2 mm thick moulded AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with an inverted counter-buttering to ensure perfect plate housing, easy cleaning and to protect electrical components from overflowing liquids. Front cover in AISI 304 stainless steel.

    Laser-cut platen finish to ensure a "head-to-head" matching of platens and binding of platens to each other.
