Three-phase 6-square-plate electric cooker 15.6 kW 1200x700x250h mm

  • Description

    Electric cooker 6 square countertop plates, stainless steel construction. Knobs made of athermic material with functional serigraphy on the edge.

    Heating by means of electric cast-iron square plates. Heating element fixed to the bottom of the plate, embedded in a layer of insulating material. Each plate is equipped with a switch that allows the power to be adjusted from maximum to minimum in seven positions. Safety is guaranteed by a temperature limiter placed inside the hotplate.

    Moulded AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with an inverted counter-buttering to ensure perfect plate housing, easy cleaning and to protect electrical components from overflowing liquids. Front cover in AISI 304 stainless steel.

    Platen finish with laser cut to ensure "head-to-head" platens and binding of platens to each other.
