Electric cooker with 4 cast-iron hotplates and ventilated electric oven, stainless steel construction. Knobs made of athermic material with functional screen printing on edge. Moulded, double-walled oven door and elliptical-shaped AISI 304 handle.

Heating by means of square electric radiant cast-iron plates. Each plate has three heating elements embedded in a layer of insulating material. Each plate is equipped with a switch that allows the power to be adjusted from maximum to minimum in seven positions. Safety is ensured by a temperature limiter placed inside the hotplate.

Stainless steel worktop to ensure perfect plate housing, easy cleaning and to protect electrical components from overflowing liquids. Front cover in AISI 304 stainless steel.

The hotplates are placed at the same level as the worktop to form a smooth surface that makes it easier to move the pans.

A drip pan is provided.

Ventilated electric oven 1/1 GN. Thick steel oven floor reinforced with a series of ribs. Removable stainless steel oven rack.

Insulation of baking chamber and oven door ensured by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures.

Oven heating by means of special high-temperature-resistant steel heating elements placed under the sole and in the baking chamber ceiling. Air movement guaranteed by a stainless steel fan driven by a powerful electric motor. Equipped with a thermostat that allows the temperature to be adjusted between 90°C and 300°C. Safety thermostat with manual reset against overheating. Possibility of selecting various types of heating, both static and ventilated, both diffusive heating from below and global heating.

Laser-cut top finish to guarantee a "head-to-head" coupling of the tops and binding of the tops to each other.
