Description

Stainless steel construction. Knobs made of thermosetting plastic material. Heating by means of square electric radiant cast-iron plates. Each plate has three heating elements embedded in a layer of insulating material. Each plate is equipped with a switch that allows the power to be adjusted from maximum to minimum in seven positions. Safety is ensured by a temperature limiter placed inside the hotplate. Moulded worktop for easy cleaning and to protect electrical components from overflowing liquids. Accessories available on request. Electric oven: chamber made of 430 stainless steel and cast iron sole. Heating by means of heating elements placed under the sole and in the vault Oven temperature regulation by means of thermostat, from 90°C to 300°C. Possibility of operating the oven either with heating only from below, or only from above, or by operating both heating elements by means of a selector switch. Sized to hold 2/1 GN pans. Sealed oven door on oven front with guided, temperature-resistant silicone gasket
