Heating by means of electric square cast-iron plates. Heating element fixed to the bottom of the plate, embedded in a layer of insulating material. Each plate is equipped with a switch that allows the power to be adjusted from maximum to minimum in seven positions. Safety is guaranteed by a temperature limiter placed inside the hotplate.

Moulded AISI 304 stainless steel worktop with an inverted counter-buttering to ensure perfect plate housing, easy cleaning and to protect electrical components from overflowing liquids. Front cover in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Ventilated electric oven 1/1 GN and open compartment. Thick steel oven floor reinforced with a series of ribs. Removable stainless steel oven grate.

Insulation of baking chamber and oven door ensured by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures.

Oven heating by means of special high-temperature-resistant steel heating elements placed under the sole and in the baking chamber ceiling. Air movement guaranteed by a stainless steel fan driven by a powerful electric motor. Equipped with a thermostat that allows the temperature to be adjusted between 90°C and 300°C. Safety thermostat with manual reset against overheating. Possibility of selecting various types of heating, both static and ventilated, both diffusive heating from below and global heating.

Laser-cut top finish to ensure "head-to-toe" coupling of tops and binding of tops to each other.
