Heating by means of electric square cast-iron plates. Heating elements fixed to the bottom of the plate, embedded in a layer of insulating material. Each plate is equipped with a selector that allows the heat output to be varied from maximum to minimum in seven positions. Safety guaranteed by a temperature limiter placed inside the plate.

Moulded work surface in AISI 304 with a thickness of 2 mm and has an inverted design for perfect housing of the electric plates, easy cleaning and avoiding damage to the electric parts by liquids. Front panel in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Static 2/1 GN electric oven suitable for 2/1 GN pans and on open compartment. AISI 430 stainless steel oven cooking chamber and thick stainless steel oven floor. Removable stainless steel oven rack.

Insulation of baking chamber and oven door ensured by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures.

Heating by means of heating elements placed under the bottom and above the baking chamber. Equipped with a thermostat that regulates the temperature between 90°C and 300°C. Possibility of selecting different types of heating: only from below, only from above or both from below and above by means of a selector switch.
