All-plate gas cooker with gas oven, stainless steel construction. Moulded, double-walled oven door and sturdy handle. Thermosetting plastic knobs.

Thick cast-iron hob with rounded corners, made of a single casting. Removable central round insert.

Central circular stainless steel burner, suitable for operation at high temperatures.

Maximum temperature of approx. 500°C at the hottest central point and then degrading towards the edges through differentiated isothermal zones.

Gas oven 2/1 GN. Removable stainless steel oven rack. Thick steel oven floor reinforced with a series of ribs.

Insulation of baking chamber and oven door ensured by a layer of ceramic fibre resistant to high temperatures.

Rapid temperature rise and heat retention by means of a high-performance stabilised flame burner with integrated diffuser, suitable for working at high temperatures.

The oven burner is equipped with a thermostatic safety gas valve that allows the temperature to be regulated up to 300°C. Safety ensured by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame.

Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.

Tested with methane or LPG gas according to user requirements.
