Description

10 litre gas fryers. Counter-top models. Frame, lids, baskets and heating elements in AISI 304 stainless steel, worktop and moulded basins in 15/10 thick stainless steel, handles, baskets, knobs and lids in insulating material, 1/2G gas connection, 7-position thermostat from 110÷190C, tubular stainless steel burners with turbulator system that slows down the flow of the flame, increasing the yield by about 50%, optimised combustion with thermocouple valve and safety thermostat, protected pilot flame, piezo ignition, natural gas supply, LPG kit, drain cock and equipped with a large basket. They reach 190C° in about 10 minutes, frying time in about 5 minutes. This model has two basins with double thermostat for independent use.
