Description

Electric Fryer 1/2 module 10 lt. Stainless steel construction. Double-walled door and sturdy handle. Thermosetting plastic knobs. Oil heating by means of fixed stainless steel heating elements, which are immersed in the oil with free central area for easy cleaning. 10 litre capacity tank equipped with a thermostat, which allows temperature regulation between 100° C and 190° C. Manually reset safety thermostat. Stainless steel tub and bowl with rounded edges sloping towards the drain hole. Compartment designed to accommodate a stainless steel bowl for collecting oil. Moulded worktop and bowl for easy cleaning. Stainless steel baskets and tub cover supplied. The tub cover can be placed in a special pocket inside the doors when not in use. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
