Rapid temperature rise and heat retention by means of high-efficiency U-shaped burners with stabilised flame, suitable for working at high temperatures. U-shaped single-arm burners with optimised combustion, maximum tap, minimum safety thermocouple and pilot flame .Equipped with a safety gas cock that allows the flame to beadjusted from maximum to minimum and enables the hotplate to exceed 300°C. Thermal stability of the hotplate reached at maximum power at 350°C. Safety guaranteed by a thermocouple kept active by the burner flame.

Worktop inclined towards the fat drain hole. Large hole on the hob for draining fat into a special container with a capacity of 2.9 litres located under the hob.

Worktop finish made by laser cutting for "head-to-head" combination and fixing with edging.

Tested with methane or LPG gas.
