Description

Gas fry top with 2 independent cooking zones, with separate controls for differentiated heating. Temperature regulation with thermostat from a minimum of 90°C to a maximum of 300°C. Structure made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. Removable sauce collection drawer. Cooking surface in food-grade iron or chrome-plated. Safety valve. Piloted flame and electric piezo ignition.
